"My name is Patricia. I'm from Morristown and I'm an editor of books and articles, so my job is very sedentary. Three short years ago, I was overweight and out of shape, and my rheumatoid arthritis required significant medication. I'd belonged to a conventional gym, and tried working out on my own, along with dieting.  I would always make some progress, then slide back into old habits. Even my ballroom dancing hobby didn't take off as much weight as I'd have liked.Then, two years ago, I found boot camp and Theo Tilton. All of a sudden, exercise was fun and challenging and I found myself able to do things I couldn't do before, EVER! My endurance was incredible, my figure amazing, and, best of all, I was able to stop the RA meds, hopefully forever. "My name is Taryn, I work in Facilities Management in East Hanover, and I enjoy working out with Theo and his Bootcamp team.

Participating in R.S.B.C. was the first time that I could see measurable results in my athletic strength, endurance and most important a reduction in body fat!  Prior to R.S.B.C., I participated in group fitness classes at the gym and worked out with a trainer but I did not feel my fitness levels improving.  Theo makes it a point to track and measure your results through monthly fit tests and body measurements. It was exciting to see that after one month of R.S.B.C. I was able to shave over a minute off my fit test time!

Now, my perspective on fitness has changed in a positive way.  I used to be bored with my fitness routines and often felt anxiety going to the gym.   Theo structures the program so we get a full body workout without doing the same routines.  The exercises are basic with a fun twist so it is challenging but not uncomfortable.   I can now say I have fun exercising!  As a bonus, knowing that I get to exercise outdoors with R.S.B.C. gives me something to look forward to after a long day in the office.

Working out with Theo and the R.S.B.C team gave me the confidence I needed to push myself mentally and physically.  Jogging used to intimidate me.   Now I jog on my own through town without hesitation. I even ran in my first 5K with the R.S.B.C team.

Theo also has an unwavering positive attitude about the benefits of fitness and healthy eating and how to incorporate them into an everyday "normal" life.   My posture is better :-) and I feel healthier and more fit than I would have thought I could feel at 49 years old.   I LOVE having bootcamp outdoors.
