We all survived the parcourse in the rain!
Exercises performed were:
- 3/4 mile trail running
- 1/8 mile trail stair decending
- 10 Vault hops
- 20 Bench Push-ups
- 2 minutes of bench planks
- 2 sets of 10 pull-ups
- 20 Single leg, step ups
- 2 sets of 20 Tricep dips
- 20 Jumping jacks
