- 1/4 mile warm up
- stretching
Perform two rounds of the following exercises for
1 minute of work followed by 10 seconds of recovery.
Third round for time: perform 10 reps of each exercise back to back with no recovery while being timed
- 1/4 mile run
- Step-ups
- bench planks
- bench dips
- wide bench push-ups
- bench twist t-planks
- repeat 3x
- Warm Down & Stretching
Last Round Timings:
- Karla 4 minutes 8 seconds
- Erin 4 minutes 9 seconds
- Walter 5 minutes
- Kelly 4 minutes 39 seconds
- Jennifer 4 minutes 55 seconds
- Scott 4 minutes 45 seconds
