Memorial Day Workout challenge 05/28/12

5 Rounds of 28 Reps of each exercise.

·       Jumping Jacks

·       Squats

·       Narrow Push-ups

·       Down-Dog/Up-Dogs

·       Crunches

Repeat 5x & Try to complete the 5 rounds in 12 minutes.
