On the 7th
day of fitness my trainer gave to me:
- · 25 Ab Crunches
- · 25 Push-ups
- · 25 Alternating Lunges (25 ea leg)
- · 25 Air Squats
- · 25 Cross Countries
- · 25 Jumping Jacks
- · 17.5 minutes of seated relaxation and silence (Meditation)
This routine should take you no longer than 22 minutes,
including the meditation.
Today during your seated relaxation, just empty your mind
completely and focus on your breathing.
