On the 9th
day of fitness my trainer gave to me:
- · 25 Down Dog / Up Dog’s
- · 25 Leg Lifts
- · 25 Ab Crunches
- · 25 Push-ups
- · 25 Alternating Lunges (25 ea leg)
- · 25 Air Squats
- · 25 Cross Countries
- · 25 Jumping Jacks
- · 22.5 minutes of seated relaxation and silence (Meditation)
Today we are up to 28 minutes!
You are doing awesome. Keep up the good work. Don't give up. You can do it!
