Fit Deck for Life!
bootcampers will perform 10 reps for each exercise in a pyramid routine as explained below:

Warm-up 5 minutes

5 exercises will be selected by random boot campers using Fit Deck.

Set 1-1 exercise 1, 10 reps
30 sec recovery

Set 2-1 exercise 1, 10 reps
Set 2-2 exercise 2, 10 reps
30 sec recovery

Set 3-1 exercise 1, 10 reps
Set 3-2 exercise 2, 10 reps
Set 3-3 exercise 3, 10 reps
30 sec recovery

Set 4-1 exercise 1, 10 reps
Set 4-2 exercise 2, 10 reps
