Parcourse loop in the rain!

Last night was awesome.
We all survived the parcourse in the rain!

Exercises performed were:
  • 3/4 mile trail running
  • 1/8 mile trail stair decending
  • 10 Vault hops
  • 20 Bench Push-ups
  • 2 minutes of bench planks
  • 2 sets of 10 pull-ups
  • 20 Single leg, step ups
  • 2 sets of 20 Tricep dips
  • 20 Jumping jacks

Congrats everyone, you did great!
