Tabata WOD June 13th 2012

Tabatas:

Perform the routine for 20 sec of work, with 10 sec of recovery for 10 sets of each exercise.
Take a 60-90 second break after ea set of 10.
Rep counting is not necessary.  Do as much as you can during work period.
