Workout of The Day!
  • 1/4 mile warm up
  • stretching
Perform two rounds of the following exercises for 
1 minute of work followed by 10 seconds of recovery.
Third round for time: perform 10 reps of each exercise back to back with no recovery while being timed
  • 1/4 mile run
  • Step-ups
  • bench planks 
  • bench dips
  • wide bench push-ups
  • bench twist t-planks
  • repeat 3x
  • Warm Down & Stretching
Last Round Timings:
  • Karla 4 minutes 8 seconds
  • Erin 4 minutes 9 seconds
  • Walter 5 minutes
  • Kelly 4 minutes 39 seconds
  • Jennifer 4 minutes 55 seconds
  • Scott 4 minutes 45 seconds
