12 Das of Fitness (Day 4)

On the 4th day of fitness my trainer gave to me:
  • 25 Air Squats
  • 25 Cross Countries
  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 minutes of seated relaxation and silence (Meditation)

This routine should take you no longer than 12-minutes, including the meditation.

Today during your seated relaxation, try to imagine what it will be like when you reach your fitness goals!
What does it feel like to be 10-25 pounds lighter?
What does it feel like to put on a new pair of skinnier jeans?
What does it feel like when all of your family & friends are asking what you are doing because you look awesome?

During your meditation, go on a mental trip and vision what all these things feel like and actually get into the feeling and really empower yourself to imagine that they already exist for you.
Do this every day!  Every day you do it following your workout, you will reaffirm to mind that it is all true.  The truth is, you already possess the body, mind, spirit in your imagination.  We find no issue with beating ourselves up. Saying that we are fat. Knowing that we eat foods that pack on the pounds and cause disease.  But for some reason we are not willing to use this same power to reverse this trend and be who we truly are; Healthy, whole and Complete!

Let that be your mantra for the next week.  Repeat to yourself throughout the day: I am Healthy, Whole, and Complete!  And when you find yourself saying something that is the opposite of this, say to yourself; STOP! Thank you for sharing and then move in to your new affirmation of I am Healthy, Whole , and Complete!
