12-Days of Fitness (Day 12)


This is the last day of your 12-days of fitness!

Come back tomorrow and check out a bonus day I created for you...
I can't tell you what it is yet but I promise it will be worth it.

On the 12th day of fitness my trainer gave to me:
  • ·         25 Squat Thrusts
  • ·         25 Mountain Climbers (25 ea side)
  • ·         25 Alternating T-Plank Twists (25 ea side)
  • ·         25 Down Dog / Up Dog’s
  • ·         25 Leg Lifts
  • ·         25 Ab Crunches
  • ·         25 Push-ups
  • ·         25 Alternating Lunges (25 ea leg)
  • ·         25 Air Squats
  • ·         25 Cross Countries
  • ·         25 Jumping Jacks
  • ·         30 minutes of seated relaxation and silence (Meditation)

You should be able to complete this entire routine in less than 38 minutes.

By now you are totally digging the meditation after the exercise.  Or at least I hope you are. lol.

Today you are scheduled to do 30 minutes of meditation, the longest yet.  This is totally awesome compared to where you started with just 2.5 minutes.  Think about it, in just 12 days you have reached a point where you are now meditating up to 30 min a day.  You are probably feeling incredible by now.  I can't even imagine the levels of change and transformation you are having.
