12-Days of Fitness (Day 8)


On the 8th day of fitness my trainer gave to me:
  • ·         25 Leg Lifts
  • ·         25 Ab Crunches
  • ·         25 Push-ups
  • ·         25 Alternating Lunges (25 ea leg)
  • ·         25 Air Squats
  • ·         25 Cross Countries
  • ·         25 Jumping Jacks
  • ·         21 minutes of seated relaxation and silence (Meditation)
