12-Days of Fitness (Bonus Day)


On the Bonus day of fitness my trainer gave to me:
The day off to reflect on how I want my life to be and how I am in charge of my way of being in the world.
If I want to see change in my life I first need to change the way I think about my life and my role in the world!

Continue to Meditate daily, you have worked your way from 2 .5 minutes to 30 minutes in just 12 short days.
Think about what you have accomplished and what you have not accomplished in the past 12 days.
No excuses, what is stopping you from your greatness?
